C2E Services
We offer a comprehensive range of C2E services to help businesses break down discrimination and promote quality diversity and inclusion in their workplace. We’re regularly working as an extension of our clients’ departments, delivering world-class auditing, training and advisory services, so whether you’d like to learn more about The Equality Act 2010, manage unconscious bias in the workplace or understand the essentials of equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI), we can deliver a variety of services to address your individual needs.
Training
Our face-to-face training programmes are immensely important and they allow our experienced and knowledgeable team to deliver engaging training sessions that your staff can easily understand and relate to. Our goal is to help your departments develop awareness and accomplish the skills needed to promote equality and tackle discrimination.
Consultancy
As a leading Equality and Diversity Consultant, we’ve helped many businesses and organisations grow a diverse workforce through our consultancy services, creating more positive working relationships whilst helping them attract and retain hardworking and highly skilled employees.
Goal MappingTM
As one of the few C2E Accreditation providers, a great deal of our work is focused on helping businesses pursue equality and diversity. Our Goal MappingTM * Services can be designed to help your business become C2E certified and compliant with The Equality Act 2010 and we can prove the power of positive thinking, helping your business work towards achieving goals that are Specific, Measurable Achievable, Realistic and Time-based (SMART). We’ll help you set clear goals to work towards, producing successful teams, successful departments, successful cultures and successful organisations.
*Goal mapping was devised by Brian Mayne of Lift International and a number of our specialists are Certified Practitioners.
Accreditation
We can take you through each of the stages to become C2E Accredited and this means you will have a verified certification in equality in service delivery. It confirms that your organisation’s equality practices comply with public sector contractual and statutory duties. This is a major step for any pioneering business or organisation but for all of our clients, it’s just the starting point. It’s important to continue to hold high moral standards and strong ethical values. Once you learn how these should be applied in the workplace, you can focus on continually improving your own working environment, demonstrating your commitment to being an inclusive employer.
Support
We’re here whenever you need us, so whether you’re at the beginning of your journey to becoming certified or have recently achieved the accreditation but see areas where improvement is needed, we can offer tailored support solutions. There are too many accrediting organisations that fail to follow up after an audit, but we’re proactive and keen to help your business grow with first class auditing, training and advisory services, not just for now, but for the future.
